Chiropractic License Renewal
Online renewal is the fastest and easiest way to renew your license!
This service is available to all active practicing chiropractors who have submitted at least 12 hours of continuing education to the Board.
You will need your license number and last four digits of your Social Security Number to log in.

If you are not actively practicing in Kentucky, and do not intend to practice during the renewal period, you can renew your license by paying the $60 fee for Inactive License Renewal. However, Inactive License Renewal cannot be done online this year, you will be required to submit a paper application.
