Advertising Violations

When credentialing a Kentucky licensed chiropractor, please be advised that "Adv-$100, 1/05" in the Disciplinary category represents the fact that the chiropractor has committed an advertising violation, paid a fine (the amount of the fine may vary depending on the date of the violation; however the violation is the same) and the month and year of the violation.

Typically this is when the chiropractor failed to include a "Notice of Right of Rescission" in an advertisement for free or discounted services. The Board considers this to be a minor advertising violation and therefore considers the doctor's license to be in good standing.

All other violations are noted, "Contact Board."
